Public Service Announcement
Due to the rising concern of COVID-19, our sales volume has increased as most citizens have stayed at home to practice social distancing. Over 25,000+ orders were placed in the month of May 2020 alone.
With many individuals now at home behind computers, the demand for our products are higher than ever. Our products are assembled on-site prior to distribution to our buyers.
Due to safety regulations, we have run into enormous delays with part suppliers. Steps are being taken to adapt to these changes, which include, but are not limited to the onboarding of staff for customer support.
Our small team must now grow in accordance to meet the demand. Our customer's safety and satisfaction are our number one priority. All contents and packages are sanitized before leaving our warehouse.
As we continue to take steps to improve our service, we are extending our refund/cancellation policy to cover individuals who have waited in excess of 20 days for their orders on the old system.
We expect this issue to be resolved by the end of October 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused during this time.
